We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. All sales are final, as we take great care in crafting and inspecting every piece of jewelry. However, if your item arrives damaged, we’re here to make it right.

  • Eligible Returns: Damaged jewelry (excluding earrings) can be returned for a store credit. 
  • Earrings Policy: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings.
  • Return Process: Notify us within [7 days] of receiving your order to initiate a return for damaged items.
